How to Qualify
• You Must Preregister
• Applications to register for the Discount Program are available at the Boat Yard Office on US1 or the Diesel Shop on Boot Key Road
• The Application provides us with your Customer Information and provides proof of Commercial business activity by one or more of the following:
o Monroe County Business License showing Commercial Fishing, Charter or Dive Business
o Federal or State Fishing Permit
o Wholesale Fish License
• For Sales Tax Exemption a State of Florida Sales Tax certificate or Commercial Fishing Exemption form must be on file with us.
• Due to the narrow margin on Engines, Generators and Boats, these items are not eligible for the discount
Registration will make you eligible for the MBY Customer Loyalty Program
which will provide additional service discounts based on annual expenditures!!

Commercial Qualification Information
 A copy of one or more of the following must be provided with this application: Monroe County Business license, Federal or State Fishing Permit, Wholesale Fish License
 To qualify for a Sale Exemption a copy of your Florida Sales Tax Certificate or a Florida Affidavit of commercial fishing must be provided with this application and updated once a year
 I understand that all Customer accounts must be in good standing in order to continue eligibility under this program. I also understand that engines, generators and boats do not qualify for this program
