Our scholarship money is raised mostly from our Cookbook which was
put together by the fishermen that know fresh seafood. 
Delicious yet easy to prepare recipes. 
There is a special page of "tips and tricks from the pros."

2010 Update on our Cookbook: We now have volume 4 which  has 306 recipes.  We will be selling them at Fantasy Fest this year and then again at our Seafood Festival in January and Marathons Seafood Festival in March.
